How much will I pay for Delivery?

This depends on the weight and size of your order. We use either MyHermes, DX Freight or Royal Mail to send your order. The price you pay reflects the postage charged to us, plus a small fee for packaging products. You will find the exact delivery charge on checkout.

How will my item be sent to me?

The shipping method we use depends on the Volume of your order, this is to ensure you pay a reasonable Shipping Fee.

Low volume orders will be sent Royal Mail Second Class.

Larger volume or Heavy orders will be sent using MyHermes or DX Freight.

We will despatch same working day if ordered before 12pm.

Delivery times are always approximate but usually happen as stated below:

Royal Mail Second Class 2-3 Working Days

MyHermes 3-5 Working Days

DX Freight Next Working Day

Please let us know if there are Special Requirements for your delivery, we can then pass this onto the Shipper, this includes business opening hours if applicable.

How long will my delivery take?

Please do let us know if you require a faster delivery as we will always try to meet your requirements.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, we have a Tradecounter at our Newbury site which you can collect from. Just select the “Collect” option to ensure you do not pay a delivery charge. You are also welcome to drop in to our Tradecounter and order your items direct.  

We are open 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays (except on bank holidays where we are closed)

What if an item is missing?

We are very careful to despatch all orders correctly, however if this does happen, please get in contact with us via email info@tickitape.co.uk or telephone 01635 39302 within 7 days of your delivery and we will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by all major cards through our secure payment platform, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA Checkout, Masterpass and Amex Express Checkout  

Can I pay by Debit or Credit card?

Yes, our payment platform allows you to enter your debit or credit card details securely.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you are welcome to return any unused item(s) within 30 days of your delivery date for any reason. Please ensure to include a copy of your delivery note so we can process your refund (excluding Delivery Charge) or exchange smoothly. We supply many grades for most types of tape so we may be able to offer a more suitable grade of tape if you contact us with your application requirements.

If any items are faulty, please contact us within 3 months of delivery, by email info@tickitape.co.uk or telephone 01635 39302, so we can arrange to have these items refunded or replaced accordingly. We will refund reasonable return postage costs for faulty items.
